Irish was super amazing and helpful! I had a wonderful experience! Her knowledge and recommendations of the products were very professional and greatly appreciated! The tea was very delicious! This is a great place to stop and grab some tea! If you see Irish, that’s a plus! She was so friendly! 10/10 experience

A must-stop if you’re in Asheville. They have a variety of teas, sugars, honeys, salts, spices, and gift items. You can even try a hot or iced cup of tea if your choosing if you’d like to “try before you buy” or just want to treat yourself. I found plenty of different things for myself and got sampler packs to give as gifts for friends and family. Prices are fair, and the staff is friendly and helpful!

Was greeted by an extremely kind and helpful owner who told me where everything was right away. She also gave me a nice card with instructions along with her personal tips on making tea. I purchased the Green Peach Lemonade and I am IN LOVE. I can't wait to go back and make more purchases.

This place is far and away my favorite spice shop and my favorite tea shop. Living out of town any time we visit Asheville we have to visit to pick up either a new spice blend or specialty tea. Also the fact that they will brew you a cup of tea while you shop makes it an easy decision to stop by and enjoy a look around even if we don't need anything in particular.

My wife and I love the quality and selection of loose leaf teas at The Spice & Tea Exchange, unfortunately their South Park Charlotte location has recently closed. I was in Asheville for work and decided to visit the location there to get some tea(s). I got there just as they were closing, at least I thought but the doors had already been locked. There was a young lady working that night who was named Irish. I told her that I came all the way from Charlotte, she kindly let me into the store and provided excellent customer service. She was able to help clarify all of my questions, and helped me narrow down tea choices for my wife based on my responses. Absolutely Outstanding Customer Service!!!!!!

I love this idea for a shop! Such a good combination of product. This place was definitely more than I expected from the name though. They have jars out so you can smell all the different spices and teas. There are so many spice blends that would be good for a variety of different dishes. We ended up going with the Tuscany spice blend to use with olive oil on chicken! I can't wait to try it out! They also have the spices sold individually if you are looking for something specific. Also I thought it was really neat how many different salt blends they have! They also sell teapots and tea infusers. I had to get the manatee one because it was too cute! The girl working was so nice and helpful. The only negative for me was it is pretty pricey! I think it will be worth it though!

In a cold afternoon four Floridians enter the store in an attempt to warm their freezing souls. Hailey noticed our confusion and offered great choice for each one of us asking questions about our tastes and healthy habits, and everyone was happy with the choice. Love finding one of these stores when we are traveling about! Love the new coastal blend mixed with cream cheese on a bagel. I also make my own blends with the hickory powder. Always shop spice and tea exchange when I find one!
